AMIRA ABDULLAHI
Amira Abdullahi holds the position of Executive Director and is also one of the Co-Owners of Inclusive Therapy Center. Her professional journey began at Minnesota Autism Center, where she spent three years working as a behavioral therapist, gaining valuable experience in the field. Amira’s educational background includes a degree in BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from Azure College, indicating her background in healthcare. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health, underscoring her dedication to expanding her knowledge and skills in the field of mental health and therapy. Amira is deeply committed to enhancing the experience of clients and their families in the context of ABA therapy. Her background in healthcare, combined with her experience as a behavioral therapist, positions her well for this role. She actively engages with families and caregivers, showcasing her talent for building relationships and providing support. In her leisure time, Amira explores her artistic side through painting, allowing her to express her creativity. Additionally, she enjoys playing pickleball with her friends, indicating an active and social aspect of her personal life.
HANAN HASSAN
Hanan Hassan is the Program Director and co-owner of Inclusive Therapy Center. Her educational journey began in a criminal justice program, but her career path took adifferent turn when she secured a job at Minnesota Autism Center. It was there that Hanan discovered her true passion for the mental health field. Witnessing the positive impact that therapy had on clients from underprivileged backgrounds, she recognized her calling to make a difference in this field. Over the course of six years, Hanan gained valuable experience by working at various autism centers. Her experience not only deepened her understanding of the mental health field but also equipped her with significant business knowledge. This experience ultimately led her and her partner to establish their own center, the Inclusive Therapy Center. As the Program Director, Hanan is dedicated to ensuring that her staff receives the best training possible. This commitment to staff development is driven by her desire to provide the highest level of support and care to the clients, enhancing their chances of success in their therapy programs and daily lives. In her leisure time, Hanan enjoys going out for walks, listening to old school music, and has a desire to own a vinyl collection someday. These hobbies reflect her appreciation for relaxation, music, and perhaps a touch of nostalgia in her personal life
Jo Ward
Jo Ward is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Inclusive Therapy Center. She has been in this role for the past 2 1/2 years. Before becoming a BCBA, Jo worked in various positions within school settings and Autism clinics, including being a Treatment Lead, Registered Behavior Technician, and Substitute teacher Jo also has extensive experience as a parent educator, with 8 years of working in this field. She is passionate about partnering with families to help strengthen a child’s skills not only in a learning environment but also at home and in the community. One of Jo’s favorite parts of her career is playing with students and getting to know them. She enjoys working with them to strengthen their skills, which will set them up for success in the future. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time at home baking and playing with her daughter. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming. Additionally, she likes working out and reading a good book in her free time.
SADIQ OSMAN
Behavioral Therapist and Proud Ravens Fan Sadiq Osman is a dedicated Behavioral Therapist at Inclusive Therapy Center. Currently pursuing a career in Special Education with an M.Ed. degree, Sadiq has a passion for working with children and dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. Prior to joining the Inclusive Therapy Center, he provided in-home services to adult clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions at REM Hennepin in Edina, MN. In his high school days, Sadiq was a varsity football player, showcasing his athletic skills. Nowadays, during his free time, he indulges in his love for football, both watching and attending games. Notably, Sadiq is one of the few ITC members who has a fantasy football team, showing his dedication to the sport and camaraderie among his colleagues.
ABDULAHI GELE
Behavioral Therapist and Enthusiastic Vikings FanAbdulahi Gele is a dedicated Behavioral Therapist at Inclusive Therapy Center. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Minnesota, Abdulahi has found his passion in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). His journey began in 2020 when he started working with ASD clients, both in a center and in-home setting, where he discovered his calling in clinical therapy.Apart from his professional commitment, Abdulahi is an avid reader. In his leisure time, like many of his colleagues, he enjoys watching football and even manages his own fantasy football team, showcasing his enthusiasm for the sport.
ABDIRAHIN OSMAN
Meet Abdirahin Osman, Our Dedicated Behavioral Therapist and Avid Eagles FanAbdirahin, affectionately known as Nen, serves as a valued Behavioral Therapist at Inclusive Therapy Center. Nen is also a student at Metropolitan University, working diligently towards a degree in Computer Science. With 3.5 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, he has been instrumental in providing care to several adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders.In his spare time, Nen demonstrates his commitment to making a difference by coaching a little league football team for children with disabilities. Additionally, when he has some free moments to himself, Nen indulges in his passion for football, even managing his own fantasy football team.
